Just hung up the phone with Gaen.
She called to ask what's wrong with me. 
It have been a long time ever since I chatted so long on the phone.
Really appreciated the call. She never fail to react to my msn nick. Glad to have her as a friend and she keeps me thinking,with her lame stuff.haha.

I had a long time squatting,I wanted to sit but I cant cause my left arm was hurt and I can't support myself,hence,I SQUAT.

I hope my arm gets better tmr. I cant hold any heavy thing with my left hand now. It hurts a lot,just like I'm hurting deep inside.
